These terms govern your use of voidhiveforge.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

All VoidHive Forge miniatures are made-to-order resin casts. Products are supplied unpainted and unassembled unless otherwise stated. Colours may vary slightly from photography due to lighting and monitor settings. All designs are original works by VoidHive Forge and are protected by copyright.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from the UK. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. We do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content on this site are the property of VoidHive Forge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
